My husbands favorite dessert would have to be chocolate cake. This recipe makes a very rich and dark chocolate cake. You should keep a big glass of milk at hand. I made all of this in my food processor.
12 oz. dark chocolate
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa baking powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 sticks of butter, at room temperature
Preheat Oven 350
- Ground up the dark chocolate in the food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Place in a butter spring foam pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
