Sardine Dip

So I bought a can of sardines a few weeks ago. I was to chicken to try them by themselves so I decided to make a dip. It turned out really good. If you don't like fishy tastes though this is not for you. This is really easy to make and it goes perfectly on top of some Sunflower Seed Crackers!

Sardine Dip

1 can sardines in olive oil, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
1 drop Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  1. In a food processor grind up sardines.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Refrigerate a couple hours.
  3. Enjoy on top of some Sunflower Seed Crackers!
