Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Any time I make any kind of desserts my son has to make them with me. He does an amazing job with stirring, or really just seeing how big of scoop he can get and kinda swinging it around. He's the best taste tester, because he wants to try every single ingredient that you put in the bowl. And he make it that much funner to make some dessert! He really taste tested this recipe. He loved the peanut butter. He would put his hand in the measuring cup and swirl it around, and then lick his whole hand. Then he would repeat. Very cute!
I found this recipe off of Elana's Pantry. She used Xylitol to sweeten it though. This is such an easy recipe, that takes so few ingredients. And you don't have to feel so guilty about eating something so delicious!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup natural peanut butter, preferably no sugar added.
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Melt the chocolate in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add peanut butter, and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the honey, vanilla, and salt. Pour into a large loaf pan and chill for 2 hours.
  4. Cut up into squares and serve, keep this refrigerated.
